Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FL, NY, RI, PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Each monthly Zoot giveaway is a separate, self-contained sweepstakes with its own dates and drawing. Entries do not carry over between months. These rules govern the August 2026Zoot Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes").

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Zoot Industries LLC ("Sponsor"), 129 E 13800 S, Ste B2, Draper, UT 84020. Questions: giveaways@zootpouches.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are, at the time of entry, eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) in Mississippi).Employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"), and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. VOID in FL, NY, RI, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on August 31, 2026("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device. Each monthly Zoot giveaway is a separate and independent sweepstakes; entries do not carry over between months.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the Sweepstakes Period and to postpone the drawing date accordingly. Any extension will be posted on this page on or before the end date stated above, will apply these same Official Rules and the same prizes to all entries (including entries already received at equal odds), and will not cause the total Sweepstakes Period to exceed ninety (90) days or the approximate retail value of the prizes awarded in any single drawing to exceed $5,000. Making a purchase does not affect whether the Sweepstakes Period is extended.

4. How to Enter — Two Methods of Equal Dignity

Entries are counted as "tickets." Every ticket, however obtained, has an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing. There is no limit on the number of tickets a participant may obtain through the free method in (b).

(a) Purchase method. Eligible purchases of Zoot multipack products at zootpouches.com during the Sweepstakes Period automatically earn tickets under the Zoot rewards program (single cans do not earn tickets). Tickets earned this way apply only to the then-current Sweepstakes Period.

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — no purchase necessary. You may obtain tickets for free, with the same per-ticket odds as the purchase method and with no limit on the number of free entries, by either:

• Free online entry: completing the free entry form on the rewards page with first name, last name, email, date of birth, and state of residence. Each completed submission earns 100 tickets, with no limit on the number of free online submissions during the Sweepstakes Period; or
• Mail-in entry:hand-printing your first name, last name, complete mailing address, email, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mailing it in a #10 envelope to: Zoot Giveaway AMOE, PO Box 163, Draper, UT 84020. Each separately mailed, stamped envelope earns 100 tickets, with no limit on the number of separate mailings. One card per envelope; each mailed separately with first-class postage. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 7, 2026. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or bulk entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

The free AMOE is genuinely free and is not conditioned on any purchase, payment, or other consideration. Sponsor collects only the information necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and notify winners. Any optional bonus tickets Sponsor may offer for certain account actions are supplemental, subject to a stated per-period limit, and are not the free method of entry; the unconditional AMOE above is always available to purchasers and non-purchasers alike.

5. Entry Limits & Conduct

Any entry limits and anti-fraud rate limits apply identically to the purchase and free methods. Use of any bot, script, macro, or multiple accounts/identities to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor may void entries and disqualify any participant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process. Sponsor's determinations are final.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded for the Sweepstakes Period:

• Grand Prize:one (1) digital Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.
• Second Prize:one (1) digital Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200.
• Third Prize:one (1) digital Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100.

Total ARV of all prizes: $800. Prizes are general-purpose third-party gift cards (or cash) — notZoot store credit or product — and are subject to the issuer's terms. The stated ARV reflects Sponsor's good-faith determination and is final; if the actual value of a prize when fulfilled is lower than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitution or cash equivalent except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per person per Sweepstakes Period.

8. Winner Selection & Drawing

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible tickets received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about the first business day after the Sweepstakes Period ends. This is a game of chance; no skill or judging is involved.

9. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information associated with the entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, a potential winner must respond and, where requested, complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (except where prohibited), and an IRS Form W-9 within five (5) business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or if a prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide, without further notice or compensation.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical or human errors; or any cause beyond their reasonable control.

12. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize valued at, or any winner whose aggregate prizes from Sponsor in a calendar year total, $2,000 or more will require a valid Form W-9 before the prize is released, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law. Backup withholding (currently 24%) applies to a reportable winner who fails to furnish a valid taxpayer identification number.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. By entering, each participant agrees that: (i) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding will take place exclusively in a state or federal court located in Salt Lake County, Utah; (iii) any claims, judgments, and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs of entering, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) each participant waives all rights to seek punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or any multiplication or increase of damages; and (v) each participant's remedies are limited to a claim for money damages, if any, and each participant waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

14. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to our Privacy Policy and is used to administer the Sweepstakes and, only where separately and affirmatively consented, for marketing. Entry does not by itself constitute consent to marketing. Sponsor does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

15. Winners List

For the names of the winners (first name, last initial, city, and state), available for 60 days after each drawing, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Zoot Winners List, PO Box 163, Draper, UT 84020. Residents of VT may omit return postage.

16. Scam Alert

Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor will contact you using the phone number and/or email address associated with your entry. You will never be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or a payment of any kind as a condition of receiving a prize — those are signs of a scam. Sponsor does not use social media to notify winners.

17. Modification / Termination

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing from among eligible entries received up to the time of such action.

18. General

These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and representations. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision. Participants may not assign their rights or obligations under these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision will not affect the remaining provisions, which remain in full force and effect.

19. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, any other social media platform, or Visa, Amazon, or any gift-card issuer. Any information you provide is to Sponsor, not to those parties.
