These Terms govern your use of zootpouches.com and the products we sell. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and safety

Zoot products contain caffeine. Cap at 8 pouches per 24 hours (400mg). Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, or caffeine-sensitive. Consult your physician if you have a medical condition or take medication.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Zoot products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipment. Payment processed at order placement, including preorders. Sales tax applied where required.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can skip, swap, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. We'll notify you before each shipment. Cancellation stops future shipments; it does not refund completed ones.

5. Intellectual property

The Zoot name, wordmark, bolt, packaging, copy, and tagline are owned by Zoot. Don't use them on your stuff without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or the site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
