How fast

Orders placed before 1pm Mountain ship the same day. After that, the next business day. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days from shipping date.

All 50 US states. International is coming. We'll announce.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number the moment your label prints. If you haven't seen it after 48 business hours, write us at hi@zootpouches.com.

Preorders

Preorder items ship in waves. Each preorder SKU shows its ship date on the product page. If your order contains both a live SKU and a preorder SKU, the live one ships now and the preorder ships separately when it's ready.

Lost in transit

Carriers lose things. We'll replace it. Reach out within 30 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.
