Subscription Terms

These terms govern Zoot subscriptions. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you authorize Zoot to charge your saved payment method on the recurring monthly schedule of the level you select.

1. What you're agreeing to

Subscribing means you authorize Zoot to ship product and charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the level you choose: four cans a month (10% off) or eight cans a month (15% off). The discount applies to each shipment compared to one-time pricing.

2. Renewal reminders

Before each charge, we send a renewal reminder email at least 3 days in advance. You can skip the upcoming charge, switch levels, swap flavors, or cancel directly from the reminder email or your account dashboard.

3. How to cancel (one-click)

You can cancel anytime — no phone calls, no retention waterfall, no "wait, are you sure?" obstacles. One click in your account dashboard cancels future shipments. We send a confirmation email immediately.

This is FTC Click-to-Cancel compliant by design. Cancellation is as easy as signup.

4. Skip, pause, swap

• Skip: postpone a single shipment without canceling.
• Pause: stop all shipments indefinitely; resume when you want.
• Swap flavor: change the recurring SKU (when multiple flavors are live).
• Switch levels: move between the 4-can (10% off) and 8-can (15% off) subscriptions. The discount adjusts to match the new level on the next shipment.

5. Pricing and refunds

Subscription price is locked at your selected level's discount rate (10% or 15% off) at the time of each shipment. If we change underlying pricing or discount levels, we notify you at least 30 days before applying the new rate. You can cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.

Cancellation stops future shipments. It does not retroactively refund completed shipments. Completed shipments are subject to our standard returns policy (30-day money back).

6. Auto-renew disclosure (state-specific)

California, New York, Illinois, Vermont, and other state-specific auto-renew disclosures apply. By subscribing you acknowledge that:

• Your subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You can cancel anytime via account dashboard or by emailing hi@zootpouches.com.
• We'll send a renewal reminder before each charge.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry once 48 hours later. If the second attempt fails, the subscription is paused and we email you to update the payment method.
